These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Data Hash app (“the App”), provided by GTM Utility for the monday.com marketplace. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Scope of Use

  • The App is intended for business and professional use only within the monday.com platform.
  • You may use the App solely in connection with your monday.com account to create automations that hash sensitive data in the boards.

2. License

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App within your monday.com account.
  • You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise distribute the App.

3. Payment and Subscription

  • The App is provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or yearly).
  • Renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to monday.com’s policies as well as these Terms.
  • Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or termination of access to the App.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Resell, rent, lease, or distribute the App to third parties.
  • Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent technical restrictions or security measures.

5. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately end.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTM Utility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, arising from or related to your use of the App.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on the monday.com marketplace listing or otherwise communicated. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
