This Privacy Policy explains how the Data Hash app (“the App”), developed by GTM Utility / Igors Smirnovs for the monday.com marketplace, collects, uses, and protects your information.

The App is designed to allow monday.com users to create automations that hash sensitive data in the boards.

1. Data We Collect and Use
1.1 Board and User Data
  • The App may access relevant monday.com board data (e.g., status changes, column values) necessary to trigger hashing automations.
  • The App collects account ID to store the subscription data and validate the quota status. No other personal information is accessed or saved in any external storage.
1.2 Subscription Data
  • An external database is used only to manage subscription information.
  • The only data stored externally is the monday.com account ID.
1.3 App Installation and Usage Data
  • We may collect information about the installation and use of the App within monday.com accounts, such as which accounts have installed the App and related activity metadata.
  • This information may be used for operational purposes, including service improvements, monitoring adoption, and compliance.
  • We may also use this data to communicate with account owners, including sending relevant product updates, service notifications, and marketing or email campaigns.

  • App installation and usage data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the App and communication services, or until you opt out where applicable.
  • Data may also be deleted upon user request.

  • No data is stored except the subscription account IDs and app installation/usage data for communication purposes.

  • App installation and usage data is stored securely and used only for operational and communication purposes.

  • monday.com account holders are responsible for the data stored in their boards, including any client data.
6. Children’s Privacy

This App is intended for business use only and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  • We process data solely to provide the automation functionality requested by users and to support legitimate business operations (such as service communications).
  • No sensitive personal data is collected or stored.
  • We rely on contractual necessity (providing the App through monday.com), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App as legal bases for processing under GDPR.
  • Users may request deletion of their subscription data, app usage data after contract termination.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on the monday.com marketplace listing and/or communicated via update notes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
